    I’ve had next level pains in my neck & shoulders past few weeks but it was pure cracking today for some reason, feels a lot better. Also i felt like my old regular self for the first time in a while. it was nice. I also had full out conversations today without feeling weird, laughed a lot, I’m grateful!
